Job Description :

- Must have core project management skills with Salesforce functional experience and experience leading SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) projects.

- Leads and supports the team, fostering a high-performing environment.

- Facilitates daily scrum meetings to track progress against sprint goals.

- Actively participates in sprint planning, assigning tasks based on team capacity.

- Coordinates with team members and other teams during planning sessions.

- Guides and coaches the team, adapting support based on each member's experience and ensuring process adherence.

- Builds strong relationships with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners, managing dependencies.

- Ensures timely release deployment, tracking progress in Jira and Confluence.

- Removes obstacles to minimize interruptions and keep the team focused.

- Looks for ways to improve team efficiency, making adjustments and incorporating feedback.

- Tracks project progress and communicates if additional support is needed for deliverables.


Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and review SOD user roles within Salesforce in alignment with SOX requirements.


- Lead discussions on SOD compliance and coordinate with IT teams for implementation.


- Conduct post-implementation reviews of Salesforce configurations and user roles to ensure compliance.


- Perform risk assessments to identify potential conflicts and risks in Salesforce configurations and user access.


- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and demonstrating internal controls.


- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation on Salesforce processes and compliance controls.


- Monitor Salesforce changes, ensuring continued SOX and SOD compliance through regular :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on SOX and SOD compliance.


- Salesforce Administrator certification is desirable.


- Strong understanding of SOX, SOD, and Salesforce security controls.


- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
