Role Description


This is a full-time role as a Social Media Client Servicing Executive at Twin Consulting. The Executive will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Min. 1 year experience in managing and executing social media strategies for F&B and Lifestyle brands
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Content creation and scheduling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
