• Responsibilities:

o Campaign Planning and Strategy:

 Collaborate with management to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.

 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience demographics.

 Define campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics for success.

o Content Creation and Management:

 Develop high-quality and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and blog posts.

 Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.

 Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.

o Social Media Management:

 Manage and update social media accounts regularly with relevant content, including posts, stories, and multimedia assets.

 Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.

 Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

o Email Marketing:

 Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote studio services, and retain existing clients.

 Segment email lists based on audience preferences and behavior for targeted messaging.

 Track email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

o Paid Advertising:

 Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

 Set campaign budgets, target audiences, and bidding strategies to optimize return on investment (ROI).

 Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust campaign settings for maximum effectiveness.

o Website Management and Optimization:

 Maintain and update the studio website with fresh content, promotions, class schedules, and testimonials.

 Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rate through A/B testing and continuous improvement efforts.

 Monitor website analytics, including traffic sources, user behavior, and conversion funnels.

o Analytics and Reporting:

 Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.

 Generate regular reports summarizing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for optimization.

 Present findings to management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights for future marketing strategies.

o Compliance and Data Privacy:

 Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, regarding data privacy and user consent for marketing communications.

 Adhere to best practices and ethical standards in digital marketing, including transparent disclosure of sponsored content and endorsements.

o Training and Professional Development:

 Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing through ongoing training, certifications, and industry publications.

 Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
