Job Title: Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Manager – Jewellery Industry

Location: Coimbatore

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MarCom Manager to lead marketing and brand communication for our jewellery business. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, overseeing social media, PR, and brand promotions to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement 360° marketing & communication strategies.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Oversee PR activities, media relations, and brand storytelling.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and retail teams to align brand messaging.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide analytical reports.
• Vendor Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand communications (preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion industry).
• Strong knowledge of digital & traditional marketing.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
