Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 10-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a particular emphasis on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The candidate must have completed at least one full life cycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP FICO Implementation: Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including integration with other modules, to drive successful deployments.
  • Business Process Optimization: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  • Configuration & Customization: Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align
  • with business requirements, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  • Integration: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  • Project Management: Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budgets.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that the SAP FICO solution meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud: At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
