Focus areas including Corporate Strategy, International Strategy, Technology and Innovation Strategy, Artificial Intelligence & Platform Strategy.Management Information System:

Knowledge in Information Systems, Business Intelligence, IT-enabled Governance, ERP.Operations Research- Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Candidate Profile:In alignment with our strategic direction, candidates should exhibit a robust research potential and an impressive teaching record. Required qualifications include:A completed doctoral degree from an accredited institution.A track record or demonstrable potential for publishing in leading, peer-reviewed management journals.A proactive, collaborative attitude, contributing to the department and enhancing BMU's reputation nationally and internationally.

Experience Criteria (Minimum Requirements):Assistant Professor:

1-6 years in teaching, research, or industry. Recent graduates with a provisional doctoral degree are encouraged to apply.Associate Professor:

A minimum of 8 years in teaching, research, or industry.Full Professor:

Over 10 years in teaching, research, or industry experience, with at least four years as an Associate Professor.
