As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile methodologies to ensure the smooth execution of software development projects. This role involves guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.


Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment, with at least 02 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.



Location: Madhya Pradesh. (Expected to travel and be stationed across various States in India as per project requirement)


Responsibilities:


Facilitating Agile Practices:

·       Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·       Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and frameworks, enabling effective collaboration and delivery.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

·       Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress and expectations.

·       Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align team efforts with business objectives.

Team Guidance and Mentorship:

·       Mentor team members to understand Agile principles and practices.

·       Foster an environment of self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

·       Monitor Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team productivity.

·       Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.

Risk and Issue Management:

·       Proactively identify potential risks and impediments affecting project delivery.

·       Facilitate solutions to remove roadblocks and maintain project momentum.

Process Improvement:

·       Encourage innovation and process optimization to improve team efficiency and product quality.

·       Introduce best practices for DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

·       Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, designers, and DevOps, to ensure seamless delivery.

·       Support integration efforts between software systems and tools.

Change Management:

·       Manage change effectively by understanding project dynamics and minimizing disruptions to the workflow.

Knowledge Sharing & Training:

·       Conduct Agile workshops or training sessions for team members and stakeholders.

·       Promote a culture of learning and adaptation within the team.

Governance and Compliance:

·       Ensure the team follows regulatory and organizational compliance guidelines, especially in projects involving sensitive data.


Skills Required:

·       Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc).

·       Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management software.

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·       Strong facilitation and communication skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.

·       Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation testing.

·       Familiarity with Agile scaling techniques (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).


Qualification:

·       Minimum BE/ B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/ MSc (IT)/ MBA(IT)

·       Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)/ Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

·       Minimum 5 years of experience working in an Agile environment, with at least 02 years of experience specifically as a Scrum Master.

·       Experience in IT/software development projects.

·       Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.

·       Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).
