Sales Showroom

1. Identify potential customers and create a sales pipeline through extensive market research and lead generation activities.
2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using effective communication and negotiation skills.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting automotive products and services to customers.
4. Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical assistance to customers to facilitate the decision-making process.
5. Utilize online platforms and social media channels to engage with potential customers, promote products, and generate sales leads.
6. Conduct cold-calling campaigns to reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues or inquiries promptly.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to maintain a competitive advantage in the automotive sales market.
9. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Top 5 university is a plus.
2. Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in network and telesales.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Proficiency in using online platforms, social media, and CRM systems.
6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
8. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
9. A keen interest in the automotive industry and a passion for sales.
10. Fluency in English and additional language skills are a plus.
