Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Java and related technologies to lead our technical team in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java development and experience working with Angular, Spring Boot, and Oracle Database.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale software applications using Java and related technologies
Ensure that software applications meet the required standards of quality, security, and scalability
Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java development
In-depth knowledge of Java programming language, including its features, frameworks, and best practices
Experience with Angular, Spring Boot, and Oracle Database
Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
