Must Have SkillsExcellent Communication written and verbalProficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access)Strong Knowledge in IT Hardware, Software and licensesVendor managementExcellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers, able to interpret business requirements.

Good to know SkillsExperience in ERP and SDP softwares for IT PurchasesManage multiple tasks simultaneously

ResponsibilitiesEnd to End handling of Purchase requests in day-to-day activities related to IT ProcurementReview and due-diligence of procurement requests (PR)Preparation and floating of enquiry/ RFP for seeking quotationResearching potential vendorsComparing and evaluating offers from VendorsPrice-benchmarking to assist in negotiations for allotted PRsPreparation of financial approvalsPreparation and release of formal purchase order (PO)Tracking of deliveryContract management and AMC renewals - Tracking of various events as per PO and timely processing of paymentsVendor management Acting as single point of contact for allotted vendors and ensuring no escalationGood understanding of IT Technology Components IT Network, Hardware,Software, Licenses etc.Understanding in ILL links, PRI Telecom and Data cardsThe person should have experience to procure & manage the network links and link payment processing.Process reguler HW/SW purchase invoices and recurring service invoicesAddressing audit queries related to procurements handled & Compliance with Policy document.Coordinating with finance team for timely release of payments
