Overview :

We are looking for a skilled RPA DataLoader with 2-4 years of experience in data integration to join our team.

As an RPA DataLoader specializing in data integration, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated data loading processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.

Your expertise in RPA and data integration will play a crucial role in streamlining data workflows and enhancing operational efficiency across our organization.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement automated data loading processes using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and integration points.

- Configure and deploy RPA bots to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks from various sources.

- Develop and maintain reusable automation components and workflows for efficient data integration.

- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the data loading process.

- Monitor RPA bots and data pipelines to optimize performance and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading failures.

- Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for knowledge sharing and training.

- Stay updated with RPA tools, technologies, and best practices in data integration and automation.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 2-4 years of experience as an RPA DataLoader, Data Integration Engineer, or similar role.

- Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Strong understanding of data integration principles, ETL processes, and data transformation.

- Experience with SQL, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), and data formats (CSV, XML, JSON).

- Hands-on experience in scripting languages (e.g, Python, PowerShell) for data manipulation and automation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in RPA (e.g, UiPath Certified RPA Developer) or related technologies.

- Knowledge of API integration and web services.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g, AWS, Azure) and their data services.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
