We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager / Director of Operations to lead and optimize internal business operations, SOPs compliance, ERP Implementation and Automation and foster cross-functional collaboration across our global teams.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end internal operations for IT services and staffing engagements.- Develop and implement SOPs, ERP Implementation and Automation and Process Excellence.- Drive process automation and ERP integration to enhance efficiency.- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Technology, Delivery) to ensure seamless client service.- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and deliver executive-level reporting.- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in operations.What We're Looking For:- 10–20 years of leadership experience in IT services / staffing operations.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.- Degree in CS/IT + MBA (preferred).- Global experience is mandatory.About Us:CCS Global Tech and Helm360 are US-headquartered IT solutions companies with 20+ years of global experience.
