Job Description

As the Head of Marketing at Tharwah, the candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and integrating the functions of our public relations and marketing departments. Will collaborate closely with our executive team to drive strategic decisions regarding marketing campaigns, new product launches, and brand strategy enhancements. The responsibilities will encompass overseeing the positioning of Tharwah brands in the market, developing impactful campaigns to increase brand awareness, and actively monitoring our public image. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with media representatives to ensure comprehensive media coverage.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with Tharwah's business objectives.
  • Drive increased brand visibility and recognition through effective promotional strategies across all marketing channels.
  • Enhance customer engagement and conversion rates through well-coordinated marketing activities encompassing advertising and sales promotion.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to inform decision-making and develop targeted marketing efforts and product/service adjustments as needed.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through services tailored to meet evolving demands and statistical insights.
  • Cultivate positive public perception and secure widespread media coverage of Tharwah's initiatives, programs, and objectives.
  • Implement strategic PR efforts, including press releases and social media content, to preserve the company's reputation and credibility.
  • Develop innovative PR strategies to drive brand differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing communications plan to ensure clear communication of marketing objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Establish and maintain a strong media presence with high-level placements in both print and online media outlets.
  •  Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to contribute to brand growth and market expansion.
  •   Lead, manage, and inspire the marketing team to ensure optimal performance and successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  •  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements
  •  A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree is preferred.
  •   Proven experience of at least 10 years in marketing or public relations managerial roles.
  •  Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, enabling you to foresee challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of social media and offline marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in market research techniques, including conducting market studies, customer surveys, and competitive analysis.
  •   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in budget planning, allocation, and management to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  •  Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics, business priorities, and emerging trends.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
