BI Reports Developer (Lead) with skills BI & Visualization Development, Power BI, BI & Visualization Development, databricks, Pyspark for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune) Posted on: November 22, Share on Linkedin Share on Twitter Share on Facebook ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer with strong experience in Data Engineering, Databricks, SQL, and PySpark.The ideal candidate will design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable analytical solutions and interactive dashboards while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPower BI / VisualizationDesign and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports.Build complex DAX measures, calculated tables, and data models optimized for performance.Implement row-level security (RLS), incremental refresh, and performance tuning.Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive visual insights.Databricks / ETLDevelop data pipelines and transformations in Databricks using PySpark and SQL.Optimize jobs, clusters, and workflows for performance and cost efficiency.Work with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and lakehouse architecture.Collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality, reliability, and automation.SQL & Data ModellingWrite advanced SQL for querying, optimizing, and transforming complex datasets.Design scalable data models, fact/dimension schemas, star/snowflake models.Work on performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.Collaboration & DeliveryPartner with product owners, analysts, and business teams to refine requirements.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution documentation.Contribute to best practices, code reviews, and reusable frameworks.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of overall experience, with strong expertise in BI and data engineering.Expert-level knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and M Query.Hands-on experience with Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and ETL pipelines.Advanced proficiency with SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, performance tuning).Experience designing data models for analytics and reporting.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP — preferably Azure/Azure Databricks).Working knowledge of CI/CD & DevOps for BI deployment (nice to have).Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure Data Factory, ADF pipelines, or similar orchestration tools.Familiarity with Git, DevOps pipelines, and workspace governance.Exposure to Python beyond PySpark (optional but beneficial).Power BI certification, Databricks certification, or similar credentials.  EXPERIENCE 8-11 Years SKILLS Primary Skill: BI & Visualization Development Sub Skill(s): BI & Visualization Development Additional Skill(s): Power BI, BI & Visualization Development, databricks, Pyspark ABOUT THE COMPANY Infogain is a human-centered digital platform and software engineering company based out of Silicon Valley.
