About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and technically fluent individual to join our growing integration team. This remote role will focus on managing API integrations and driving continuous optimisation with both clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborate with internal IT and commercial teams to support integration processes across all phases.
Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
Occasionally participate in business travel for partner visits or events, as required.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector.
Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
