Job Description : Accounting & Finance Executive  Location:  Kolkata, India – work from office  Work Schedule:  Open to shifts  Role Overview  We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused  Accounting & Finance Executive to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP systems, and advanced Excel expertise to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities  ·     Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organisational policies.  ·     Prepare, analyse, and reconcile financial statements, MIS reports, and working capital schedules.  · Utilise ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Sage ) for transaction processing, reporting, and system enhancements.  ·     Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) to support decision-making.  ·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver timely financial insights and solutions.  ·     Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal control frameworks.  ·     Contribute to process optimisation and automation initiatives within finance and accounting functions.   Required Skills & Competencies  ·     ERP Proficiency:  Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Sage, or similar ERP packages.  ·     Excel Expertise:  Advanced knowledge of Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and automation.  ·     Analytical Mindset:  Strong eye for detail, accuracy, and data-driven analysis.  ·     Communication Skills:  Excellent verbal and written communication; client-focused approach.  ·     Soft Skills:  Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to shifts, and ability to work in large teams.  Qualifications  Education:  M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.  Experience:  Minimum 2–3 years in large organisations or BPO environments, with exposure to finance transformation or shared services.  What We Offer  ·        Opportunity to work in a global, client-centric environment.  ·        Exposure to advanced ERP systems and analytics-driven finance operations.  ·        Career growth in a structured, compliance-focused, and transformation-driven organisation.
