Job Title: Salesforce Developer Experience Level: 5-8 Years Role Overview: We are seeking a Salesforce Developer proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Components to design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive sales and customer success. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience . Design and implement Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Visualforce pages . Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware tools. Create and maintain custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows . Work closely with functional teams to understand business needs and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Optimize Salesforce performance and ensure best practices are followed across all environments. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment , and post-production support . Stay current with new Salesforce releases and Lightning innovations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce Development . Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL . Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Familiarity with Salesforce Flows , Omni-Channel , and Case Management . Experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS) and UI customization. Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and deployment tools (Change Sets, VS Code, Git, or Copado) . Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or higher) preferred. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud . Exposure to integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Postman. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
