To deliver on this promise, we are seeking a highly efficient Project Coordinator for our Windows & Facade division in Delhi.Why this role matters:Ordering to suppliers is the heartbeat of this position. From raising orders at the right time, to tracking every step until the goods are fabricated, quality checked, and installed on-site – you will ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the one who knows exactly where each order stands, at any given hour.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the complete order cycle: closure → payments → supplier order → delivery to fabrication unit → fabrication process → QC → dispatch → site installation.Working closely with suppliers to ensure accuracy, timely deliveries, and quality compliance.Tracking supplier performance and proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.Maintaining real-time status reports, ready to update management instantly when questioned.Coordinating between Project Manager, Sales, Purchase, Fabrication Unit, Logistics, and Site Incharges (in-house & client-side).Ensuring installation teams are aligned for flawless project execution.What we’re looking for:3–5 years’ experience in project coordination (windows/facade background preferred).Strong understanding of supplier management and order flow.Exceptional organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on accountability.If ensuring that every supplier order is on track, every delivery arrives on time, and every project runs like clockwork excites you — this role is for you.Apply with your CV at **( )(mailto: )**
