Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC systems in
    classified areas (Grade A/B/C/D)
    .
  • Ensuring compliance with
    cGMP, WHO, EU-GMP, and USFDA regulatory requirements
    .
  • Execution of
    preventive & corrective maintenance
    for AHUs, Chillers, Dehumidifiers, HEPA Filters, Ducting, and Cleanroom Air Handling Systems.
  • Monitoring of
    differential pressures, temperature, RH%, air changes, and air flow patterns
    to maintain validated conditions.
  • Documentation and maintenance of
    logbooks, calibration records, and deviation reports
    as per quality standards.
  • Coordination with QA, Production, and Validation teams during maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 4-9 years of experience in
    HVAC Operation & Maintenance in a pharmaceutical/regulated environment
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    cleanroom classifications, HVAC qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and GMP documentation practices
    .
  • Ability to handle breakdowns and support
    regulatory audits & inspections
    .
