As we scale aggressively, our marketing function plays a pivotal role in driving growth and customer acquisition across all channels and markets.

What is the Role?
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across key digital channels. You will lead customer acquisition efforts and be accountable for ROI, CAC, and revenue metrics while managing a large-scale performance marketing budget.

What Will You Drive

  • Lead end-to-end performance marketing for CARS24 across channels like Facebook, Google, YouTube, UAC, programmatic, and affiliates
  • Strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns to meet growth KPIs including cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and ROAS
  • Own and manage a media budget of 40–50 Cr annually with accountability for performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and business teams to align growth goals with execution
  • Leverage tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Branch) to scale campaigns
  • Identify new digital growth opportunities including emerging channels and customer cohorts
  • Continuously test creatives, messaging, bidding strategies, and targeting to drive scalable growth
  • Monitor KPIs, develop dashboards, and report campaign performance to leadership regularly
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and agency partners.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Experience: 8–12 years in digital or performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition via Facebook & Google Ads
  • Budget Ownership: Prior experience in managing marketing budgets of 40–50 Cr annually
  • Hands-on Execution: Must be hands-on with campaign setup, tracking, and optimization across Facebook & Google
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and campaign analytics tools
  • Tools Expertise: Familiarity with MMPs, remarketing tools, attribution modeling, and A/B testing
  • Team & Stakeholder Management: Experience in leading teams, managing agencies, and working cross-functionally with product, tech, and creative teams
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
