We are looking for passionate and driven engineers to join our Global Service & Experience Center, at Cyber City, Gurgaon, as a Senior Technical Applications Representative. in this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Computer Science and IT professionals, contributing to innovative projects that support our global operations and enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities As a Senior Technical Application Representative at Lutron you will: To answer the phones/e-mails and support our customers on our system level products. Troubleshoot and diagnose use issues regarding Lutron systems Document problems and solutions in a central database, escalating them when necessary Communicate effectively with other functions to meet customer needs Develop technical expertise regarding Lutron products, systems and services Represent Lutron according to our Five Principles, particularly take care of the Customer Participate and run the day-to-day operation of LED CoE @ A3E Stay aligned to Lutron’s culture and values: Be passionate Be flexible and adaptable to changing markets Be an innovative thinker Be customer focused Be ethical Qualifications A four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical and Electronics with 60% or above. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical application support or assistance.
