About the Company:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic RPA Lead Developer to join our team. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and automate manual business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, and a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.

Position: RPA UI Path Lead

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate

Shift Timings: 10AM to 7PM

Job Requirements:

  • Assess RPA opportunities considering interplay of multiple factors to arrive at Go / No-Go
  • Design, code, test automation workflows using RPA UiPath.
  • Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
  • Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals during POCs and project implementation phase.
  • Understand process flows from process walkthroughs / recordings and arrive at draft biz case with Cost Benefits Analysis
  • Finalize business case with several inputs – Costs, Benefits, Risks, Challenges etc – and obtain approval from stakeholders
  • Convert approved Business Cases into Project plans and execute projects using Agile, SAFe, Scrum approach
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with various stakeholders to achieve project success

Expected Profile:


  • Minimum 5+ years of Project Lead experience with IT Projects / RPA Projects / RPA Platforms UiPath
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework.
  • Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
  • Any Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center and/or Action Center is a plus
  • Good Understanding of Agile, SAFe, Scrum Project Management practices & ability to drive projects using these practices
  • Cross team / Multiple team co-ordination skills required – ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, project participants to achieve project success
  • Strong communication skills – Written and Oral. Role requires drafting various reports & periodic email communication with stakeholders
  • Ability to address and resolve project challenges / risks in an effective and timely manner to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
