We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Analyst who will be working closely with business and stakeholders to identify business needs that may be translated into business process and technology requirements for implementation
Your day-to-day:-
Mine and structure data from multiple sources, then support business intelligence development of dashboards
Ensure the integrity of data by identifying data inconsistencies and troubleshooting solutions
Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to local, regional, and global trend
Prepare reports to effectively communicate trends and patterns using relevant data
Work closely with the leadership team to design a BI dashboard using macros for insightful reporting, proactive portfolio management, and enhanced analytics by workstream leads
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system modifications per business needs.
Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary
What We Are Looking For:-
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferably in one of the following fields: data analytics, computer modeling, computer science, or math.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience; professional services industry experience a plus.
Strong computer skills, particularly databases and data analysis using advanced Excel, Macro, and PowerPoint to communicate to senior leadership effectively
Hands-on experience on Power BI & salesforce ( CRM) will be an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving and a great grasp of numbers with a love for data and analytics
Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding, and analytical start-up environment.
