Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of the sales team. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand our client base. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or minimum of 6 years of experience in the field
* Proven experience in Forex sales management or similar role in financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of Forex trading, market trends, and financial products.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
* Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
