Good communication & Leadership skills.Experience of handling a team earlier will be preferred.Ability to Network with internal and external stakeholders, and experience in working with and selling technology in atleast one End User segments (eg., Power & Grid/Data Centers/ Oil & Gas/ etc.,) is required.A good understanding of the Power Systems domain and knowledge of digital and connected products is preferred.Good taskmaster - project management skills required. Candidate should demonstrate good Microsoft excel, presentation skills, and should have around 15-20 years of Industry experience.
