What You'll Do

Lead Flutter Development
- Be our go-to Flutter expert, taking ownership of mobile app development across client projects and internal products

Build Production-Ready Apps
- Develop scalable, maintainable mobile applications that serve real users and drive business outcomes

Navigate Complex Codebases
- Work with large, existing codebases while maintaining code quality and implementing new features

Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver exceptional user experiences

Drive Technical Decisions
- As our primary Flutter developer, you'll have significant influence on technical architecture and development practices

What We're Looking For

• 1.5-2 years
  of hands-on Flutter development experience
• Production app experience
• You've shipped apps that real users love
• Large codebase expertise
• Comfortable working with complex, multi-developer projects
• Team player mentality
• Collaborative, communicative, and eager to contribute
• Genuine passion
  for mobile development and staying current with Flutter ecosystem
• Willingness to relocate
  to Mangalore
