Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for leveraging Upwork for securing new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with Upwork platform trends and algorithms.
  • Use best practices to maximize visibility and success.
  • Create compelling proposals as per client needs.
  • Submit a complete bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Upwork projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of bidding on Upwork
  • Should have acquired projects based on Mobile application, React Native, Laravel, MERN Stack etc.
  • Should be available during night hours from Monday till Thursday (9pm - 1am) and Sunday(Morning (8am).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
