This job takes the lead in providing more complex application development services typically as part of a project team or in an application support role. Developers analyze, design, code, test and implement more complex systematic solutions to meet customer requirements that adhere to Highmark IT standards and policies. Developers provide general support to maintain more complex applications that meet the service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required by their customers. May mentor less experienced team members.
JOB SUMMARY
This job gives an opportunity to work in a challenging environment to deliver high quality Solutions to meet the demands for our Global Customer. An ideal candidate should have experience in development & customization of OIC(Oracle Integration Cloud) who will primarily responsible for developing and enhancement of Integrations with Oracle EBS experience with preferably strong in PL/SQL and BIP reports. The candidate should be able to own the Development of any Technical deliverables assigned to him/her & thereby delivering high quality & Innovative solutions for the client. Should be an excellent Team player & have excellent Problem solving & communication skills.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The role requires more technical and solution orientation. The role possesses critical thinking skills and the ability to understand Middleware Technologies to provide insightful observations, identify trends and communicate these effectively.

6 - 9 years in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
PREFERRED
Experience in OIC with implementation and support experience.
Preferred candidates who have EBS Technical background.
Good Analytical Skills.
Good trouble shooting skills in analyzing the Production defects.
Expertise in tuning of the Report performance.
Client facing skills with good communication.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge in basic O2C&P2P flow.
Ability to communicate technical issues and translate into non-technical business reviews.
