Roles & Responsibilities

you will be filling the role of a hands-on Technical BA expected to have specialized working knowledge in Cloud platforms, especially Azure assisting with user stories, technical design documents, Scrum, and Testing to support identified needs and expectations from the client,Perform research to substantiate the business needs •,Collaborate with the Development team, Product teams, and other Technical teams to define data enhancement scopes and objectives,Develop concept documents and data specifications for all enhancements, including detailed documentation of the business requirements,Work with technical teams to develop technical specifications from the data functional specifications and defined solutions,Participate in solution designing to ensure they align with the business requirement,Responsible for documenting detailed technical requirements and writing user stories,Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks,Take ownership of defining Integration patterns, requirements, source-to-target mapping, and any additional NFRs to define the requirements,Conduct daily standups with a variety of teams and varied experience levels and set clear expectations on the daily agenda,Works closely with the development team to improve the overall quality assurance processes and system documentation,Preparing test plans, test cases, and execution of test cases, capturing test results, documenting UAT scenarios, and validation to meet the requirements,Able to work well within a group/team environment Excellent discovery and active listening skills Qualifications

Expertise & Qualification

Integration projects experience with the last 5 years spent as a Technical BA-,Working experience in one or more of the following agile methods or frameworks,Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical user stories
