Customer Success Specialist

This is a high-growth, high-impact role suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Customer Success and Operations. What you will do Oversee Operations - Manage and oversee multiple business operations within Flurn to ensure smooth, efficient processes across departments. Deliver High-Quality Support - Provide timely, effective support to customers and instructors, addressing and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Analyse and Improve KPIs - Create, analyse, and manage detailed analytics on class performance, teacher performance, and student outcomes, focusing on KPI improvement across these areas. Collaborate for Customer-Centric Solutions - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, customer-centric approach that enhances satisfaction and achieves company KPIs. Advocate for Customers - Serve as the voice of Flurn customers, advocating for their needs and influencing all teams to provide the best experience possible. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business streams. Prior relevant experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. High energy and a "never-say-die" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical and process design skills & ability to talk to customers fluidly. Zeal to own, pursue and deliver high quality experience to customers.
