About Mobilution:

Mobilution IT Systems Pvt Ltd is a growing provider of IT staffing, software development, and managed services, working with clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage critical financial and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Invoice & Billing:
Prepare and process client invoices accurately and on time.
Track invoice payments and follow up for collections.
Maintain invoice records and client billing data.
2. Payroll Processing:
Prepare monthly payroll sheets including attendance and deductions.
¢ Coordinate with HR for inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.
¢ Handle payroll-related reconciliations.
3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
¢ Calculate and process TDS for salaries, vendors, and consultants.
¢ File TDS returns and generate Form 16/Form 26Q.
¢ Process and file Professional Tax (PT) as per applicable state laws.
¢ Handle GST return filings (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) accurately and within deadlines.
¢ Ensure monthly EPF and ESIC filings, including challan generation and submission.
4. Accounting & Reconciliation:
¢ Maintain books of accounts in Tally.
¢ Post journal entries, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
¢ Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client ledgers regularly.
¢ Assist with preparation of MIS reports and financial summaries.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
¢ Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports to management.
¢ Maintain records for audits and ensure documentation is updated and compliant.
¢ Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for tax and compliance matters.

Mandatory Skills & Tools:
¢ Invoice Processing
¢ Payroll Processing
¢ TDS, PT, GST, EPF, and ESIC Filings
¢ Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
¢ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation sheets)
¢ MIS preparation and reporting
¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
¢ Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
¢ 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a company or consulting firm.
¢ Experience working in a staffing, consulting, or services firm is a plus.
¢ Up-to-date knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
