Senior Quantity Surveyor

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare quotations and presentations for the projects (Lights & Furnitures) Issue Proforma Invoice, place orders with the Companies etc.
• Able to handle the projects independently Maintain track of all the on-going projects & regularly provide update on the same
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams for technical and pricing inputs Maintain and update quotation documentation including BOQs and pricing sheets.

Ensure timely submission of quotations and maintain records for tracking and analysis. Good in Excel Once the Project order is confirmed –

1. should know the project materials are ordered or not.

2. When the materials is supposed to arrive.

3. Material checking after arrival & lamp and accessories are ordered or not.

4. When to dispatch the material to clients.

5. Installations when has to be done.

6. Prepare Monthly reports of the projects and update the same to the Companies

7. Capable of handling any type of correspondence independently
8. Able to communicate with the clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
