Job Location: Project Management:

- Support and lead the end-to-end implementation of MES solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards working alongside Penumbra IT and Business leads.

- Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking with Penumbra MES IT leads.

- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize deliverables.

- Lead the team and make sure of individual optimal utilization and improve velocity of the team.


Key Tasks:


- Collaborate with Penumbra IT and Business leads to align MES solutions with business goals and objectives.


- Define and document project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.


- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.


- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.


- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.


- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.


- Report on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management.


- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.


- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MES solutions and project management processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


- Proven experience in managing MES implementation projects.


- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.


- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.


- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry.


- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
