Job Description:

We are looking for proactive Sourcing Specialist with 6 months to 1 years of experience in IT hiring for international Market (extensive working experience in Philippines preferable). The ideal candidate should have a strong sourcing ability in a volume hiring and niche hiring set up, experience in pipeline management, and a keen eye for tracking candidates throughout the hiring process. They will also play a crucial role in post-offer follow-ups (POFU) to ensure successful candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top IT talent using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing techniques and an extensive experience working in ATS. Proven track record of closing 7 to 10 positions in a month.Pipeline Management: Track and maintain an active pipeline of candidates, ensuring proactive engagement.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial assessments to shortlist candidates for recruiter/hiring manager interviews.Post-Offer Follow-Up (POFU): Maintain constant engagement with offered candidates to ensure smooth onboarding and reduce dropouts.Market Mapping: Stay updated on talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and salary benchmarks.Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Skills Required:

Strong IT sourcing expertise with hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.Excellent pipeline tracking and candidate engagement skills.Experience in post-offer engagement to improve joining ratios.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Good communication and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a staffing/recruitment agency or corporate IT sourcing role.Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs.Any Graduation/Post Graduation is a must
