Our AI Operating System automates leasing, renewals, resident support, and outbound campaigns across voice, WhatsApp, webchat, and email - all through one unified platform. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in Python to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services. ● Build robust, scalable, and secure APIs. ● Optimize database performance and design efficient data models. ● Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions. ● Debug and resolve backend issues to ensure system reliability and performance. ● Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. Requirements ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ● 3+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer. ● Strong proficiency in Python with experience in production environments. ● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs. ● Proficiency in working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Skills ● Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles. ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have ● Familiarity with microservices architecture. ● Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. ● Knowledge of asynchronous programming and task queues (e.g., SQS). ● Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs. ● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
