FPNA Specialist

Job Purpose: The roleholder is responsible for supporting the Head FPA in overseeing andexecuting processes necessary to plan record analyze and report onfinancial performance of the company.

KeyAccountabilities:

IndividualAccountabilities

• Assist thebudgeting and forecasting process including assessment of economicand Zee specific business drivers to qualify their impact on Zeefinancials and improve the forecasting process
• Support annual budgeting financial modelling and variablecost productivity processes
• Maintainoperational metrics modify and maintaining operational and designeffectiveness of internal controls
• Support inthe preparation and execution of standardized monthly and adhocfinancial reporting and monitor actual vs. budget for identifyingreasons for variances
• Formulate dashboardsbenchmarking and other analytics to proactively alert theorganization about performance and issues
• Support the implementation of MIS and dashboards whichsupport objective decision making to drive operational andfinancials excellence
• Deliver weekly monthendquarterend and yearend reporting requirements in accordance withdeadlines
• Assist in the creation ofpresentations summarizing business performance for SeniorManagement Board of Directors Investor Relations etc.
• Ensure Cost center control & management with respectto budgets / creation / approval trails
