Location: Noida / Gurgaon / Indore / Bangalore Job Description We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Big Data technologies and production support. The ideal candidate should be strong in hands-on problem-solving, debugging, and supporting large-scale distributed systems. Required Skills (3–6 years experience) Mandatory: Python PySpark Apache Spark Good to Have / Preferred: Java AWS (Cloud services & deployment environments) Palantir Foundry Roles & Responsibilities Work on production support, issue investigation, debugging, and resolution. Perform enhancement work, optimizations, and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system stability and smooth operations. Demonstrate quick learning ability and out-of-the-box problem-solving mindset. Be proactive in exploring new DevOps tools, emerging technologies, and automation approaches to improve system performance and support efficiency. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment.
