Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization:
Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and features.
Customize existing Odoo modules to meet specific client requirements.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Review code for quality and adherence to best practices.
Manage technical aspects of Odoo projects from inception to delivery.
System Architecture:
Design and implement robust and scalable Odoo system architectures.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of Odoo installations.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Odoo deployments.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo developments and industry trends.
Recommend improvements and new technologies to enhance system performance and functionality.
Requirements:
Experience:  Minimum of 6 years of experience with Odoo development, including significant experience with Odoo v15+ or higher.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML-RPC.
Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
Familiarity with Odoo’s core modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Logistics, CRM, Accounting, Inventory).
Development Tools:
Experience with Git for version control.
Familiarity with deployment and CI/CD practices.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Odoo certification.
Experience with Odoo.sh or other Odoo cloud hosting solutions.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
