reporting directly to Genesis India Head to join the team based in Chennai, India.About The Role:Delivery and working on technically complex Advisory and Consulting Services within proposals, studies, projects execution & operations, as part of a study &/or project team, in accordance with design & engineering standards & procedures, schedule and budget, with a continuous focus on quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.Duties and ResponsibilitiesExpertise in working on Feasibility Study, Conceptual Study and Revamp Study as per the project requirementsAccountable for successful completion of assigned tasks and deliverablesMaintain documentation as per quality procedureProvide necessary inputs required for proposal tenderingResponsible for maintaining client interface while executing study/projectLiaise with the Market study consultant or third party assistance for the necessary inputs required for the Feasibility StudyLiaise with Engineering disciplines, procurement, cost estimation for the necessary inputs required for the studyLiaise with other offices (within country/outside country) for delivery of projects while working on projects executed through multicenterParticipate in Genesis Community of Practice (COP) meeting as and when requiredKeep up to date with new developments of standards, process software, other digital tools, procedures and implement it to the day to day workWork in compliance with all safety rules and regulations and maintain qualityProvide necessary inputs to Operating center Manager for training, Planning and ReportingSupport the Operating center Manager and local P&C/Recruitment team for local recruitment including trainee recruitmentSupport the Operating center Manager to oversee the Genesis team at the center and provide leadership supportExperience in Sustainable Fuel or Circularity studies / projects is highly desirable.About You:Catch this opportunity and invest on your skills development, should your profile meets these requirements./ in Chemical engineering from reputed university and 5 – 20 years’ experience in Advisory and Consulting Services with specific experience in Feasibility/Conceptual Studies for Oil & Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals, Fertilizer and Chemicals industries.Background of Process Engineering with thorough hands on experience Process simulation, developing and evaluating project economics is essential.Good communication skills and proficiency in Report writing is must.The candidate Shall preferably have experience of managing team size of minimum six engineers within a project framework.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sustainable Fuel or Circularity studies / projects is highly desirable.Desired Skills in using Process Simulation tools like HYSYS, Pro-II and excel based Project Economics evaluation tools.Starting Date: ImmediateInternal applications are treated with priority by our Recruiting Team against external applications.
