Management Trainee Internship – Brand Development & Business Operations

Program Overview

This is a hands-on, cross-functional traineeship where you'll gain experience in both business operations and brand development. You'll begin with broad exposure, then deepen into a specialization, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

We're hiring 2 trainees — both will train together across all functions, then each will focus primarily on one specialization while maintaining cross-functional collaboration.

Program Structure

Months 1–3: Integrated Training Phase

Work across both Business Operations and Brand Development, collaborating on major initiatives.

Months 4–9: Specialization Stream

Transition into your primary specialization (Business Operations or Brand Development) based on your strengths, interests, and business needs — while continuing to contribute cross-functionally.

Post-Program:

The traineeship is designed as a pathway into full-time roles with expanded responsibilities and a revised compensation package, so you can continue growing with us beyond the program.

Specializations Position A: Business Operations Trainee

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage client pipelines to strengthen outreach and conversion flow.
  • Build and maintain onboarding, planning, and reporting systems.
  • Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and process documentation to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct research and analysis to drive revenue operations and strategic decision-making.

Position B: Brand Development Trainee

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand narrative and marketing communications to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Modularize services into clear, client-friendly offerings.
  • Evolve content systems and frameworks to scale message consistency across platforms.
  • Design strategic assets and research collaborators, platforms, and partners to expand reach.
