Key Responsibilities:


Cloud Architecture and Design

  • Design scalable and secure cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, or both, based on the specific needs of enterprise clients.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and related features.
  • Implement and advocate for cloud best practices, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery.


Containerization and Orchestration:

  • Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes for efficient deployment and management of applications.
  • Design and optimize solutions using ElasticSearch for search functionality.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate serverless computing options.


Storage and Data Management:

  • Design and implement data backup and recovery strategies.
  • Implement and optimize database solutions on the cloud, including relational and NoSQL databases.


Application Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize enterprise applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop traffic matrices, architecture diagrams, and node configurations for optimal performance.
  • Implement caching strategies and content delivery networks (CDNs) to enhance application speed.


Security and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to address security concerns and implement best practices.
  • Design and implement Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to enhance application security.
  • Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Team Leadership and Mentoring:

  • Guide and mentor the development team in implementing cloud best practices.
