In this role, you’ll lead architecture and solution design for large-scale enterprise clients, driving AI-enabled digital transformation and ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and solutioning for enterprise-grade applications with a focus on AI/ML integration. Partner directly with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions. Act as a technology evangelist, introducing and implementing next-gen AI and enterprise frameworks. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and delivery teams. Ensure the architectural quality, scalability, and security of solutions. Conduct feasibility assessments and build POCs to validate new ideas and approaches. Skills & Experience Required 6+ years in enterprise software development, with 1+ years in architecture or solutioning. Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI APIs), enterprise platforms, and cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and modern design patterns; hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, Kafka, and Redis. Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Based in Delhi/NCR and comfortable engaging with enterprise clients. Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced environments and deliver high-impact solutions. Good to Have Exposure to enterprise sectors such as BFSI, Retail, or Consulting. Familiarity with collaboration tools like GitLab, Jira, Trello, and Zoom.
