SAP FSCD Functional ConsultantJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FSCD Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Services Collections and Disbursements (FSCD) and a deep understanding of financial processes within the insurance industry. This role requires a professional who can analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of FSCD systems.Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FSCD solutions.Configure and customize the SAP FSCD module to meet client needs.Integrate FSCD with other SAP modules and third-party systems.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for FSCD systems.Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality.Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.Participate in project planning and management activities.Document system configurations and processes.Stay updated with the latest SAP FSCD developments and best practices.Assist in data migration and data management activities.Provide technical guidance and support to junior consultants.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of FSCD systems.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Manage client relationships and expectations effectively.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.Support pre-sales activities and proposal development.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FSCD implementation and support.Strong understanding of financial processes within the insurance industry.Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FSCD module.Experience with SAP integration and data migration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven track record of delivering successful SAP FSCD projects.Knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP CRM, and other related modules.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
