Job Title: Data Modeler (ER Studio Specialist)
Location: Remote
Work Time: US EST Hours

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Seeking a skilled near shore data modeler with over five years of experience in data modeling and a minimum of three years of proficiency using ER Studio.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data architecture, database design, and conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • They should demonstrate expertise in ER Studio, including its advanced features, best practices, and macros.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models to support business requirements, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Preferred Skills

  • 3 years Exp ER Studio
  • HR Data and Legacy application -EPM they need to rework
  • 5 years Exp data modeling as senior (Not lead but kind of Mentor)
  • SQL & Data bricks
