RoleSynopsis

Weare seeking an experienced Data Analyst with expertise in SAP HANASQL logic and procedures to join our team. The ideal candidate willplay a critical role in transforming SAP HANA SQL into ADHDatabricks Spark SQL enabling us to leverage the power of big dataanalytics.

KeyAccountabilities

  • Analyzeand comprehend existing SAP HANA SQL logic and procedures toidentify conversion opportunities and optimization strategies forADH Databricks SPARKSQL.
  • Highlyproficient in databricks and building data products (data pipelinedata flow) indatabricks.
  • AzureDevOpsknowledge.
  • TranslateSAP HANA SQL queries views and stored procedures into efficient ADHDatabricks SPARK SQL code prioritizing data integrity andprecision.
  • Collaboratewith data engineers and architects to design and implementefficient data pipelines in the Databricksplatform.
  • Applyexpertise in star and snowflake schema structures and data modelingto enhance data storage efficiency and retrievalmechanisms.
  • Conductthorough performance tuning on SPARK SQL queries refining datatransformations and enhancing query executionspeeds.
  • Designbuild and manage data structures and tables within Databricks DeltaLake optimizing for both storage and queryperformance.
  • Engagewith crossfunctional teams to grasp business requirementsconverting them into robust datasolutions.
  • Producecomprehensive technical documentation outlining SPARK SQL code datatransformations and performance improvements with clarity andprecision.
  • Keepabreast of industry trends and emerging best practices in dataprocessing performance optimization and cloud technologies toinform ongoingenhancements.
