Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Tele Caller. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, answering queries, and generating sales leads. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases, following up on previous communications, and supporting sales strategies with telecommunication efforts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Telemarketing, Sales, and Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
