We are looking for a driven and skilled Data Scientist with experience in working with advanced

technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Understanding

(NLU), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will also have a strong

background in fine-tuning APIs and working on end-to-end AI projects. The position is open to

candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience or talented freshers who have showcased their skills

through projects on platforms like Kaggle and LeetCode.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and refine data-driven solutions using RAG, NLU, and NLP

techniques.

2. Fine-tune existing APIs to improve performance and efficiency for AI applications.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy end-to-end AI solutions.

4. Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making.

5. Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and workflows.

6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and AI technologies.

7. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

8. Contribute to ongoing research and development efforts to enhance our AI capabilities.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics,

or a related field.

2. 2-6 years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on RAG, NLU, and NLP.

3. Proven experience in fine-tuning APIs for AI applications.

4. Familiarity with end-to-end AI project lifecycles, from data collection and preprocessing to

model deployment and evaluation.

5. Strong programming skills in Python or R, along with experience in relevant libraries (e.g.,

TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, SpaCy).

6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data visualization tools

(Tableau, Power BI).

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

8. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-

technical stakeholders.
