About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR assistant to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for someone who is starting their career in HR and is eager to learn and grow under guidance. You will assist in day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, and support the implementation of HR processes across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  3. Support in onboarding and induction of new hires.
  4. Help with attendance, leave, and payroll data management.
  5. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  6. Draft and circulate HR communications (emails, notices, memos).
  7. Provide support in compliance and documentation.
  8. Coordinate with employees for HR queries and ensure timely resolution/escalation.
  9. Work closely with the senior HR executive on assigned projects and daily tasks.
