Job Description:

  • Must have at least 2 years of US healthcare staffing experience and understanding of industry too.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Hands on experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process (Sourcing, Screening of resumes, Schedule of interviews & Follow-ups, Salary Negotiation etc.)
  • Have worked on different job portals like Indeed, Facebook etc.,
  • Proficient in recruiting through social media, Head Hunting, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet based recruiting tools.
  • Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments
  • Sound knowledge of Healthcare/IT concepts and latest trends.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of handling the work pressure and targets.
  • Should be able to find multiple resumes and capable of finding resource for RN's, LPN's, Medical assistant etc.
  • Have brief knowledge of clinical and non-clinical domain within healthcare.
  • Review large number of resumes and involve in cold calling, referral recruiting, etc., to get the right candidate.
  • Screen each resume carefully to shortlist the appropriate ones, based on the professional and personal credentials.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets, well organized, detail oriented and confident personality.
