We are looking for Devops Lead for one of our clients. Your job scope is as follows:– You will be responsible for Proposing and implementing advanced cloud architectures, in continuous alignment with key cloud providers, such as AWS and Google Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure. Support the continuous evolution of infrastructure as code approach, ensuring advanced levels of automation throughout the lifecycle of all workloads. Ensuring there are no single points of failure in the infrastructure. Continuously improving efficiency when setting up new cloud infrastructure and maintaining existing instances, ensuring automation, resilience, and security. You will be passionate about the infrastructure as code paradigm You will hate doing things more than once and feel the need to automate everything You will have nightmares about single points of failure in the infrastructure You will feel the need to be challenged and you hate being blocked from delivering your full potential You will proactively explore new technologies and tools to improve process automation You will want be involved in the decision-making process, and not just a pulley in a big machine You will feel the need to be part of an international project, spawning multiple continents You will require the following qualifications and skills Experience with Docker Experience with Linux systems management Proven experience in Kubernetes Experience with Git, Git Hub, Bit Bucket or Stash Experience with CI and CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo or similar) Solid Experience with at least a programming/scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, GO, Java, Node.js, PHP) Experience with application and system monitoring tools (such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Search, Kibana) Experience in the configuration, management and troubleshooting of web servers (Apache, NGINX), database systems (SQL and Non SQL), caching (Cassandra, Redis, Memcache or others) and queues (Rabbit MQ, Zero MQ or similar) Experience working as a Dev Ops or Cloud Engineer in an agile and fast paced environment Experience in a continuous integration/deploy environment Experience with AWS Automation experience in the context of a micro-service/SOA architecture. The following skills are not mandatory but will be valued Team management/ leadership experience Experience with Argo CD, Argo Rollouts, Argo Workflows, Argo Events, Flux CD, Tekton Knowledge about Kyverno, OPA (Open Policy Agent) Experience with the implementation of a Service Mesh (for example, Istio, Linkerd, Kong Mesh) Knowledge about Consul Experience with Kubernetes native "infrastructure provider" tools such as Crossplane, AWS's ACK (AWS Controllers for Kubernetes), Google's Config Connector, Azure's ASO (which stands for Azure Service Operator) Knowledge about one or more of the following: Helm, Kustomize, Grafana's Tanka, VMWare's carvel ytt Experience with Backup tools like Velero for Kubernetes Experience with Vault
